android - EACCES (Permission denied) -


i want run application in 2 different android devices. first 4.0.3 android device , second 4.1.2. first device, application executed successfully, in second, logcat displays me eacces (permission denied). why???

i have added permissions. manifest file is:

check permission. should outside of application tag

<manifest>     <application>         ...      </application>      <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.write_external_storage"/> </manifest>
