java - Can't startup Tomcat -


i'm trying setup tomcat server. got following setting:

tomcat 9 installation inside: /opt/apache-tomcat-9.0.0.m1 webappliction located at: /srv/appsiting-dev/

structure of webapplication:

inside tomcat directory there following:

tomcatis start-up script. got following inside of tomcat.conf, located inside of conf

so when startup server tomcat.err , catalina.out. , though tomcat.errtells me tomcat has started, catalina.out doesn't have "server starup in xx ms" inside of it.

tomcat.err

using catalina_base:   /srv/appsiting-dev/tomcat using catalina_home:   /opt/apache-tomcat-9.0.0.m1 using catalina_tmpdir: /srv/appsiting-dev/tomcat/temp using jre_home:        /usr using classpath:       /opt/apache-tomcat-    9.0.0.m1/bin/bootstrap.jar:/opt/apache-tomcat-9.0.0.m1/bin/tomcat-juli.jar using catalina_pid:    /srv/appsiting-dev/tomcat/temp/tomcat.pid tomcat started.

catalina.out empty. here start script well: https://www.refheap.com/113725

when running i'm getting 

sudo ./tomcat start starting tomcat (appsiting-dev) ............................... failed.

does know issue here?

thanks in advance

local host port using in other service or process.find , kill(stop) it.

css - Make div keyboard-scrollable in jQuery Mobile? -

ruby on rails - Seeing duplicate requests handled with Unicorn -

recently upgraded our ec2 instances c3.large in order boost more unicorn workers handle increased traffic our site. (6xworkers per machine - 2 ec2 instances). when did this, started seeing duplicate records being created! looks somehow, maybe 2 unicorn workers attempting process same request? in nginx logs see 1 [post] request particular rails controller - yet 2 records being created in database. i'm hitting kind of race condition issue - have no idea how debug this. doesn't happen time, when it's frustrating well. noticed 2 database records within 5 seconds of each other.
