Splash Screen Image in android -


is necessary resize images of splash screen different screen size or ok keep 1 image highest required resolution , add drawable folder , use is.

also have same doubt cliparts showing in app. these clip arts 3/4th of screen size. need use 1 highest required resolution image. or different sized images.

please help!

you can maintain different resolutions different devices.

you want image fill entire screen? there on 50 supported android phones, each different resolution. can't expect create image of exact size of each phone. instead, you'll need come few different versions , allow stretch fill full screen.

hdpi, ldpi, mdpi refers density of pixels on screen, not screen size. thus, 1 mdpi screen might 320x480 while might 480x854.
