vb.net - VB .net Background image goes black when resizing -


i creating program , have make pretty displayed on plamsas around building.

i created background image jpg size 1920 x1024 ive imported resources , set background in format stretch

however if use code make app full screen areas not shown black have transparent picture box , ground showns under not rest.

however there no objects areas black

my screen resoution 1920 x 1024
