cakephp 3.0 - DebugKit not working -

on cakephp 3.1.7 debugkit 3.0.0-beta2 installed.

debug set true, pdo_sqlite installed

if load page on browser /tmp/debug_kit.sqlite created

no error message @ /logs, no error message in apache log, no errors on firebug.

but still can not see debugkit panel. missing?
