ide - Bottom menu bar with access to cmd prompt and python console in Pycharm -


i using pycharm 5 python, , don't seem following menu links cmd prompt, python console , version control in computers have installed program. however, can't find settings deploy useful menu @ bottom of screen. so, question is, how can deploy (and close) menu bar:

first, need include lower toolbar menu: view -> tool buttons
