xampp - Stuck Installing Joomla On Windows 8 -


i using windows 8 , xampp version 1.8.3, when install joomla 3.2.3 have problem on step two.

it takes long create database. every time tried, got same problem. please me solve problem

found answer @ http://www.weblinksonline.co.uk/tutorials/joomla-tutorials/install-joomla-localhost.html . 1 of main reasons appears because joomla uses "engine=innodb" not "engine=myisam" innodb_buffer_pool_size needs increased.

there other settings need changed looks innodb_buffer_pool_size has been missed many fixes. followed instructions , joomla installed.
